Hiper Fishing – Product Support & Sponsorship Terms
Program Overview
Hiper Fishing offers a Product Support Program designed to provide anglers with the opportunity to test and fish with selected Hiper Fishing products. This program is intended to support anglers who actively use, purchase, and promote fishing bait products within the angling community.
Participation in this program does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, or ongoing sponsorship agreement.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for Product Support, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a registered member of the Hiper Fishing website

Have a history of purchasing Hiper Fishing products

Be an active angler who fishes regularly

Submit accurate and truthful information in the application form
Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee approval.
2. Approval & Discretion
All Product Support applications are reviewed individually.
Approval is granted solely at the discretion of Hiper Fishing.
Hiper Fishing reserves the right to:

Approve or decline any application without explanation

Limit the quantity or selection of products provided

Modify or discontinue the Product Support Program at any time
3. Nature of Product Support
Product Support provided by Hiper Fishing:

Is one-time only, unless otherwise stated in writing

Does not imply future product support or sponsorship

Has no cash value

Is not transferable

May not be resold, traded, or exchanged
Products are supplied strictly for personal use and testing.
4. Angler Expectations
Product Support provided by Hiper Fishing:

5. Content & Media Usage
By submitting photos, videos, testimonials, or other content to Hiper Fishing, the angler grants Hiper Fishing a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share the content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

Website galleries

Social media platforms
-
Promotional materials
No additional compensation will be provided for the use of submitted content.
6. Brand Representation & Competitors
While participating in the Product Support Program:

Anglers may use other fishing products and brands

Anglers should not promote direct competitor bait brands in direct association with Hiper Fishing products

Any representation of Hiper Fishing should remain respectful and professional
Hiper Fishing reserves the right to revoke support if brand misuse occurs.
7. No Exclusivity
This program is non-exclusive.
Participation does not restrict anglers from fishing tournaments, events, or using other brands outside of direct association with Hiper Fishing products.
8. Termination & Revocation
Hiper Fishing reserves the right to revoke Product Support at any time if:

Terms are violated

Information provided is found to be false

Brand representation is deemed harmful

Products are misused or resold
Termination may occur without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hiper Fishing is not responsible for:

Injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of its products

Fishing conditions, results, or outcomes

Any indirect or consequential damages
All products are used at the angler’s own risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
Hiper Fishing may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Product Support Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
