Refund Policy

At Hiper Fishing LLC, we take pride in delivering quality products and excellent service to our retail and wholesale partners. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be considered.

1. Wholesale Orders Are Final

All wholesale orders placed with Hiper Fishing LLC are considered final sale once processed and shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on wholesale purchases for the following reasons:

  • Overstock or Unsold Inventory: We cannot accept returns based on low sell-through or excess inventory.

  • Ordering Errors: We are not responsible for errors made during the ordering process (e.g., wrong quantities, colors, or products ordered in error).

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and inventory planning, we cannot accept returns based on buyer’s remorse or changes in business plans.

We strongly encourage all retailers to review product descriptions, pricing, and order quantities carefully before finalizing their purchase. If you need assistance selecting products, we are happy to offer guidance before an order is placed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive to ensure every order arrives complete, accurate, and in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we are happy to help resolve the issue.

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  • Notification Window: You must notify us of any damages, defects, or incorrect items within five (5) business days of receiving your order. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

  • What to Include: Send an email to our support team at [your support email] and include:

    • Your full name and business name

    • The order number and date of receipt

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Clear, high-resolution photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item(s)

Once we receive your claim, we will review it promptly. If approved, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

  • A refund for the affected item(s)

  • A store credit that can be used toward a future wholesale order

We reserve the right to request additional information if needed to validate the claim. Please retain all packaging and documentation until your claim is resolved.

3. Return Conditions & Shipping Costs (When Applicable)

While wholesale orders are final and returns are generally not accepted, in the rare cases where a return is authorized (e.g., approved damaged item return, incorrect fulfillment, or exceptional case at Hiper Fishing LLC’s discretion), the following conditions and responsibilities will apply:

Return Conditions

To ensure a return is processed smoothly:

  • Prior Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Hiper Fishing LLC. Unauthorized returns may be refused or not eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Condition of Goods: Returned products must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

    • Accompanied by all original materials, including labels, inserts, and packaging materials.

  • Return Window: Authorized returns must be postmarked within seven (7) business days of return approval, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in partial credit or denial of the return.

Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping Responsibility: Retailer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Hiper Fishing LLC (such as sending the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged or defective).

  • Reimbursement for Shipping (When Applicable):

    • If a return is approved due to Hiper Fishing LLC's fault, we will cover return shipping costs by:

      • Providing a prepaid shipping label, or

      • Reimbursing standard ground shipping costs upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt.

    • We do not cover expedited or express return shipping charges unless expressly authorized.

  • Risk of Loss: Retailers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the return package. Hiper Fishing LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the retailer of the status and issue an approved refund, credit, or replacement accordingly.
